This Privacy Policy describes the information about you (“Personal Data”) that Starship collects, how we use it, and when we share it, as we interact with you, deliver our products and services, and conduct our business operations.

You hereby agree with and consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.  Your Personal Data may be collected, processed, and stored by Starship or its service providers in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our servers reside. Please be aware that the privacy protections and legal requirements, including the right of authorities to access your Personal Data, in some of these countries may not be equivalent to those in your country. You hereby agree and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to Canada, the United States, and other countries where we operate. You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to Starship’s collection and processing of your Personal Data, or to the transfer of your Personal Data to Canada, the United States, and other countries. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

Starship collects Personal Data when you use our Sites (as hereinafter defined) and when we deliver our products, conduct marketing, and run our business operations. The Personal Data we collect varies based upon whether the data is collected (i) through our websites or applications, including www.starship.com and/or www.americanexpediting.com and their local variations (“Sites”) or (ii) through our Products and Services, including but not limited to our shipping and logistics tracking software, e.g. Shipping Wizard.

Starship (“Starship,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in the course of:

  • Providing logistics and delivery services (“Services”),
